This Privacy Policy describes how the EasyStore Login application ("the App") handles information obtained through Facebook Login. The App is developed by EasyStore and is installed by merchants to enable Facebook Login on their storefronts.

2. Information We Collect

When a shopper logs in via Facebook Login on a merchant's storefront, Facebook provides us with the following information based on the permissions granted:

• public_profile – the shopper's name and Facebook profile ID
• email – the shopper's email address registered with Facebook

We do not request any advanced permissions such as user_friends, user_birthday, or user_gender.

3. How We Use the Information

• To authenticate the shopper on the merchant's storefront.
• To create a new customer account or match an existing one on the merchant's storefront.

4. Data Storage and Sharing

The App passes Facebook-provided information directly to the merchant's storefront to complete the login. The information is stored under the merchant's customer records on the EasyStore platform. We do not sell or share this information with third parties outside of the login flow.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Shoppers may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting support@easystore.co. Upon request, the associated customer record on the merchant's storefront will be removed in accordance with EasyStore's data deletion process.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard shopper data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
